Dennis Brown is the Owner & CEO of M&O Marketing, a billion-dollar insurance marketing organization headquartered in metropolitan Detroit. As a former career agent, Dennis has experienced first-hand both the difficulties and successes financial professionals ultimately endure, and that is why M&O Marketing is what it is today.
Dennis began his career with Prudential in 1977, and both his talent and charisma were immediately recognized, having won the company’s Rookie of the Year honor his very first year in the business and then becoming Prudential’s youngest sales manager in the country. With a strong desire for independence, Dennis eventually broke the “golden handcuffs” of the captive insurance world to join M&O Marketing in 1987. With the direction of the original M&O principals and the mentorship of Dan Rourke, co-founder of LifeUSA and President of Allianz Life of North America, Dennis built the fixed annuity division of M&O from virtually nothing to where it is today.
Dennis has been a key influence in the success of many of the country’s top advisors and a true industry leader. M&O has been one of the original organizations behind groups such as LifeUSA, Allianz Life of North America, The Annexus Group, Market Synergy Group, CoreCap Investments, and Collabrix, all of whom have been instrumental in the development of the industry’s current landscape.
Dennis has been happily married to his wife Denise for thirty years, and they have five beautiful adult children together. He enjoys spending summers in northern Michigan with his family, golfing, shooting, and boating. Above all, he credits his happiness and success to God. To Dennis, life is about faith, family, and friends.
