Ray Kathawa, M&O Marketing’s Vice President of Practice Development, has improved the business, sales techniques and profits for hundreds of agents across the country for over a decade. Ray has worked among the nation’s most successful financial services professionals in the life insurance, fixed index annuity and securities marketplaces. He has mastered the ability of understanding an agents practice, developing methods to improve it, and implementing those methods through a proven process making him the ultimate consultant for all financial professionals. His work ethic and drive is evidently portrayed by the success of the agents and advisors he works with. This year, his top individual client is on pace to write $80 million in annuity premium. Last year, the overall growth of all of the financial professionals Ray works with was 71%. Whether the goal is $5 million or $80 million, Ray can help get you there.

While breaking records as one of the top consultants in America, Ray’s achievements have been publicly recognized. For two consecutive years, Ray has received the Annexus Group’s “Bo Johnson Award,” which recognizes integrity and leadership in his profession. When he’s not working with advisors, Ray is a committed husband and father who spends his free time with his wife and two beautiful children. Ray is passionate about giving back and supporting his community. He takes pride in his active involvement with organizations including St. Jude’s Hospital and March of Dimes. As a gifted guitar player, he also enjoys playing music for friends and family. He is in the process of forming a non-profit which involves fundraising for those in need through live music performances.
