Administrative Staff Support:
The administrative support staff will be responsible for building and maintaining
relationships with our clients and vendors, while helping to create and maintain
effective administrative procedures.
Requirements include but are not limited to, strong written and oral communication
and organizational skills, a high proficiency with the internet and computer programs
including MS Excel and Word, and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
Outbound Marketing/Sales:
The Outbound Marketer is responsible for building company sales by recruiting, and
developing ongoing relationships with, independent insurance agents and agencies.
Through proactive, focused telephone calls, the marketer promotes company and carrier
products and programs, provides in-depth marketing analysis, and shares sales techniques
and ideas, while maintaining detailed records in the contact database. In addition,
the marketers maintain positive internal relationships, interfacing regularly with
all other agent support teams within the company to assure the agent is serviced,
and to promote a marketing approach in all company activities. We are looking for

Job Description:
Work leads and our existing database
to establish relationships with independent insurance agents. You will work within
the corporate environment and partner with a Marketing Consultant to establish relationship
with producers and appoint agents with targeted insurance companies.
Requirements:
This position requires an individual that has a sales focus with excellent phone
skills, strong work ethic and competitive drive to succeed. Experience in direct
marketing a plus, but not required. The perfect candidate will possess enthusiasm,
and willingness to learn.
Internship Opportunities:
This closely supervised position provides administrative support to 3 departments.
Administrative tasks including but not limited to: updating spreadsheets, filing,
copying, creating new hire kits, scanning, filling newsletter orders and assisting
the management team on various tasks. If you have strong communication skills, the
ability to multi-task while staying organized and prioritize projects then you are
a great candidate for this position.
