When you send your applications to our office we make sure, based on the information
provided on the application, that your client is eligible for coverage with the
particular carrier and that you have quoted the correct rating. When we receive
an application in our office we go through all of the client’s information, (i.e.,
age, height/weight, health conditions, prescription medications) so that we can
make sure all of those areas are going to be suitable for the desired carrier. Our
job does not stop after we receive your application and send it to the carrier for
processing; we also follow these cases throughout the entire process of underwriting
as follows:
- See when requirements, such as the APS, assessments, personal history and interviews,
have been ordered.
- Make sure that the carrier is staying on top of all requirements.
- Order requirements for the carriers who will allow us to do so.
